My computer had lots of virus's on it and just would not work. Phoned Richard who was very friendly and he made a mutual appointment to come and look at my computer. He arrived as stated and quickly identified the problem and quickly got to work. He had to take the unit away as it would have taken too long to complete at home. The next day he rang to say that all was done and I am very happy to say that it's working much faster than it's ever done. A very professional but friendly service where everything was explained at each stage. Will definitely use again and would recommend.
